Our app allows IT personnel to quickly describe equipment status via their mobile devices, view inspection statuses across various data centers, and record any anomalies.

– During inspections, IT staff can swiftly log equipment status using their mobile devices, with an option to note detailed information in case of anomalies.

– The homepage displays the names and inspection statuses of all data centers, allowing users to select and view specific equipment pages.

– Within each interface, users can select the inspection status, and for any anomalies, detailed notes can be added.

– After submitting the inspection status, the data is automatically sent to SharePoint, and the app returns to the data center selection screen.

– Inspected data centers are clearly marked on the homepage, making them easy to identify.

Function Demonstration

Open PowerApps on your mobile device and select the YNT_Inspection Records App. The homepage displays the names of all data centers requiring inspection, with the inspection status shown on the right. As displayed, the MDF data center has already been inspected.

2. Click on IDF1 as an example. The interface shows asset numbers and equipment names. The dropdown box defaults to the “Normal” status.

3. If there is an anomaly, select “Anomaly” from the dropdown, and manually enter the reason in the “Remarks” field.

4. Once the inspection information is completed, click “Confirm” at the top right. The system will prompt “Submitted” and return to the homepage.

5. All data is submitted to the company’s weekly inspection sheet on SharePoint once the “Confirm” button is clicked, ensuring real-time data updates and storage.
