Why You Should Use Email Instead of WeChat for Transferring Company Files
If an email is accidentally sent to the wrong person, the target recipient of the email can be traced back. They are basically the partners of the company. Based on long-term cooperation, both parties can happily solve the problem smoothly.

5. Please be sure to use company mail to deliver important documents, and passwords must be added to confidential documents. Even if you accidentally send the email to the wrong person, they won’t be able to get the password to open the file.
