Recently, Sinokap identified an issue with Outlook email reception. The specific problem is that while a new email appears to be delivered to the inbox, it does not immediately show up. Users need to manually click “Update Folder” under the Send/Receive tab to make the email visible.
This issue can lead to missed important emails. To address this, we consulted Microsoft’s official resources to identify the possible causes and corresponding solutions. If you are experiencing this problem, try the methods outlined below to resolve it!
1、Click Send/Receive > Send/Receive Groups > Define Send/Receive Groups.
2、 Change All Accounts Setting.

1、Click File > Account Settings.
2、Double-click the account to check whether the cache time is too long. The default time set by Microsoft is one year. You can manually shorten the cache time, such as three months.
Click Next. and you need to restart Outlook for the changes to take effect.
1、Check C drive storage directly. If there is insufficient space, you need to clean it up.
