Many Outlook users may encounter an issue where their mailbox reaches its maximum limit, preventing them from sending or receiving emails. To avoid this, you can move old items to an archive—a separate Outlook Data File (.pst)—that can be accessed anytime.
There are two types of archiving: Manual Archiving (for Outlook 2003, 2007, 2010) and Auto Archiving (for Outlook 2016, 2019). Sinokap provides efficient archiving solutions to help you manage your mailbox seamlessly. Read on to explore the best practices and how Sinokap can enhance your Outlook experience.
