
Sometimes users often complain that they can’t browse the web normally and messages can’t be sent in time. There are many reasons for this. 1. Click on the network connection icon in the bottom right corner of the desktop and select “Network & Internet settings.”
2. Click “Change adapter options” below
3. Find your network connection: select “WLAN” for wireless or “Ethernet” for wired. Right-click and select “Properties.”
4. Select “Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)” and click “Properties.”
5.Check “Use the following DNS server addresses”, enter “114.114.114.114” in the “Preferred DNS server” field, and click “OK.”
Note: “114.114.114.114” is a public DNS server address. You can also search online for other addresses to use.
